How is my fare worked out?
The fare depends on the distance and the vehicle you choose. You see it in the app before you book, so there is nothing to negotiate. It only changes if the route, waiting time or destination changes during the trip.
How do I pay?
Pay your driver directly at the end of the trip, in cash or by Mobile Money to their number. You never need a bank card.
Where can I use Kasa Ride?
Kasa Ride currently runs in Somanya, Odumase and Kpong. We will announce new towns here and in the app as we grow.
What can I send with Kasa Ride Courier?
Small items that a pragya or motorbike can carry safely, such as documents, keys, shopping and parcels. Choose Courier in the app and set the pickup and drop-off points.
How do I become a Kasa Ride driver?
Download Kasa Ride Driver, sign up with your phone number and upload your Ghana Card, driver's licence and vehicle registration. Our team reviews them before you can go online.
What if I leave something in the vehicle?
Contact support from the Help page in the app with your ride reference code (for example RYD-3F9A2C), and we will help you reach the driver.
